VTOC Update Tool for MVS and VSE

The Vtoc Update Tool for MVS and VSE allows you to update the date fields in VTOC Format-1 records so datasets and files do not expire on 1999/365. These date fields are:

Create date
Expiration date
Access date

The Vtoc Update Tool is a simple to use batch utility that accepts function control statements that specify the name of the dataset to be updated and the dates to be changed. A report is generated which documents all of the changes made to the VTOC.
